About the Role
The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring the successful, efficient, and effective functioning of all sales and marketing officers of the cooperative and oversees the sales performance and strategy of a specific geographic area.
• Recruit, contract and maintain relationships with marketing officers, partners, merchants and clients
• Ensure a positive collaboration with the other cooperative
• Work to ensure the quality of all products and services offered by the cooperative
• Business development, client acquisition, and marketing officers and client retention
• Designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with members, customers, merchant/partners
and evaluating costs for selling products and services
• Development and execution of new products as well as enhancements of existing plans for product life
cycle planning
• Serve as the company product line expert on direct marketing and direct-to-consumer benefit design,
administration, and cooperatives trends
• Serve as leader of the team(s) for company product and service enhancements
Requirements
Education:
Preferably Bachelor of Administration major in Marketing Management or any
Business degree programs and related courses.

Strong understanding of cooperative management and governance, including board of directors’ roles and responsibilities

Operational Duties
• Weekly and monthly reports regarding business marketing development for prospective clients,
merchants, and recruit members of the cooperative
• Negotiate the assigned Schools, Churches, Companies, and Public Officials Offices for possible
partnership with the cooperative
• Work with other operational areas of the cooperative to ensure high member and merchant/partner
satisfaction
• Communicate and share the goals, core values, mission, and vision of the cooperative
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the cooperative
• Undertake training and development programs of the Cooperative
• Ensure continuous improvement by constantly identifying and implementing opportunities and processes
that improve safe work practices and procedures
• Be fully aware of the obligations and responsibilities to Occupational Health and Safety
• Other tasks as assigned by the company related to support the cooperative’s growth, revenue, and
cooperative objectives
Key Performance Indicator
• Recruit 10 Marketing Officers
• Achieve 95% retention of members, clients and merchants
• Assists in the formation of at least 5 New Cooperatives
• Promote and Sell products and services of cooperatives
• Organize and Facilitate Groups in the prospective community
